All of these situations can be dealt with, and still allow you to get your new custom home.
Our builders are some of the best in the Metro Atlanta area. They build in all areas and price ranges- from $200K to over $7mil. Each has been vetted for financial stability to ensure the integrity of this program, and their banks are on board with our program.
Our program is simple-
We help you find your dream home with one of our builders.
Buyer and Seller enter into a Lease Purchase agreement, with terms agreeable to both parties.
Down payment and monthly payments are determined at this time. As a rule- 3-10% down will usually get it done.
Buyer moves into their new dream home, while we work with them to get them approved for permanent financing.
While most of our homes are brand new custom construction, we do get occassional offerings from builders who wish to participate in this program with established homes for re-sale. You will see homes on this site in all price ranges and locations.
Also- While all of our homes are available via a great lease purchase program, many properties are also available via seller-financing- which will result in great tax benefits for you, the buyer. Be sure to note those homes which state Possible No-Qualifying Seller Finance w/ Tax Credits.
